Course Overview

This 6-hours-course is designed to deliver important knowledge on construction contracts and claims. With highlighting the bigger picture, the course starts with topics related to the procurement process and routes. Then, the course highlights selected topics related to construction contracts and claims including brief on FIDIC Forms of Contracts, identifying key contracts clauses, delays and claims types and delay analysis methods. The last section presents regular tasks performed by the contracts engineers.

Prerequisites

Bachelor degree of architecture/civil engineering.
